Universal Drugstore came to us needing a rebuilt front end for its referral platform: the existing account and order-tracking experience was dated and difficult to maintain. Our team designed and built a new Angular-based interface centered on a secure customer dashboard, where users can create an account, upload the documents a referral requires, and track the status of an order from submission through to delivery.We focused the rebuild on a clean, guided submission flow, responsive layouts that hold up across devices, and a component structure the client's internal team could extend without our involvement. The result is a faster, easier-to-navigate account experience that reduced support queries about order status and made the referral process more transparent for the customer end to end.
